Do we qualify for a Business account?
If you are a UK based business that requires Car, Van or Minibus hire for your employees then you qualify for a Switch Business Account.

  • How quickly can we get an account setup?
    Our turnaround time is 7-10 days but if you have an urgent requirement then please let us know and we will work with you to get your employees mobile as soon as possible.
    Do we get a dedicated Account Manager?
    Yes, we work in teams of two so there is always someone available if you need them.
    How do we book vehicles?
    We recommend our online portal but our UK based Reservation team also takes bookings by phone or email.
    Can we cover rentals under our own Fleet insurance?
    Yes. We just need a copy of your latest insurance certificate.
    Can we get vehicles delivered and collected?
    Yes. We can deliver any vehicle to anywhere in the UK / NI.
    What lead time do you need for a booking on a business account?
    On core vehicles we ask for 2 hours lead time but usually make an offer if you need a vehicle sooner than that.

    What kind of vehicles are available on a Business account?
    We offer rates for our full range of vehicles. These will be provided to you by your Account Manager.
    What EV options are available?

    We have EV alternatives to most types of vehicles. Please speak to an Account Manager to understand more about how we can help your business transition to electric.

    Switch works with a wide range of Manufacturers and, as such, we are unable to display every available vehicle within each category on our website. Our policy is to display the most appropriate vehicle within that particular category at any point in time. The definition of 'Or Similar' is the provision of a vehicle of comparable size, body type and rental value to the vehicle being displayed. Please note, due to the number of Manufacturers we deal with, we may supply a vehicle from an alternative manufacturer.

    In the unlikely event that a vehicle from the category booked is unavailable Switch will supply a Free Upgrade. A Free Upgrade is defined as a vehicle which has a greater rental value than the category booked.
